Transformational journey
01
Move beyond the pain of the past
To feel better you have to let go of the pain from the past. Our childhood influences who we are (or think we are) now. Each time you were overwhelmed by painful, fearful, or shocking emotions AND you were small, powerless, and alone with it, your psyche split into a childlike, withdrawn part and a survivalist part that has been building walls to protect you, eversince. The latest insights in psychology and neurology (Gabor Mate, Bessel van der Kolk) show that even mild emotional neglect in childhood can cause this. The walls may succesfully protect you- and that's great- you but they also block you from accessing feelings of safety, connection and vitality. Through processing unprocessed emotions, stored in the limbic unconscious brain, new neural pathways are formed. This frees up space on your 'hard disk' and leaves you with a sense of relief and room to grow.
02
Integrate opposite energies
Jung states that to feel ‘whole', we must integrate the animus and anima, masculine and feminine energies within ourselves. We need to balance action, logic and outward focus (doing) with intuition, receptivity and inward flow ( being)., the individuation proces. The anima and animus are powerful unconscious contents that can manifest themselves as difficult, even toxic, if not integrated. This can cause stubborn, difficult relationship patterns.
03
Connect to source
You’re not broken, nothing needs fixing or is wrong with you. You can instantly feel whole by connecting to the field of energy in- and around you. Knowing and practicing how to turn on the light within your cells, makes you available to light, love, and energy. This is about remembering and embodying what you truely are: a multidimensional being having a human experience.
